Cancellation Policy – The Woman PH

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted as processing begins immediately.

Appointment & Service Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Event & Workshop Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a refund or slot transfer.
• Cancellations less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.
• If The Woman PH cancels an event, attendees will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
• Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
